MAKANI HOUSE RULES 

 

WE VALUE MODEL SAFETY 

 

1. Everyone’s comfort and safety is our top priority.  

2. During shooting hours, an environment of respectful personal space is to be observed.  

3. Modeling is not a spectator sport. 

4. If you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after your shoot, please do not hesitate to take a staff member aside or message us. All communication is handled with the strictest of confidence and your comfort and safety is our top priority.  

5. While we do our best to only invite professional and respectful creatives, Makani does not endorse or know well every person you might meet at the house, so we recommend that you follow your best judgement and take measures to stay safe if you arrange a shoot outside of our space. 

6. There is always a Makani staff member present on shoot days, for everyone’s safety and comfort.

ATTENDANCE RULES 

 

8. Makani House is a not for profit social space, We simply ask for everyone attending to follow the posting guidelines which are listed below:  

  • All content shared on social media must tag @makanihouse. 

  • Being here means you consent to being filmed and photographed by all staff members for stories, YouTube and promotional purposes. This includes permission for Makani, Makani House and all staff to share and tag you in this content across any and all social platforms. 

  • All content shot here is to be made available upon request for Makani promotion and ads. 

9. Do not share the location of our House or private contact details of our staff under any circumstances. 

10. No additional guests permitted at any time without clearing this with staff (preferably with at least 24 hours’ notice). 

11. No one in or out unescorted. 

 

SHOOTING RULES 

 

12. Almost everything in the shooting area is moveable. If you need help, just ask a staff member.  

13. If you move it, put it back. 

14. No shooting outside the House. 

15. If you make a mess clean it up. 

16. A closed door means no entry. 

17. We have available props. If you use any of the lingerie/bikini, please set it aside for staff so it can be washed. 

GENERAL RULES 

 

18. Makani business always comes first. 

19. It is your responsibility to know who’s who in the zoo. 

20. The kitchen is full of our staff’s personal food and drinks so please check before helping yourself (except for instant coffee and tea). 

21. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly. 

22. Any additional instructions by staff on the day are to be followed. 

23. Anything you share in the house with Makani staff will remain confidential.
